We want you to love your purchase from SAVA REPUBLIC. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Your Rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund if the product is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was described. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
Change of Mind Returns
While we are not required to accept returns for change of mind under the ACL, we do offer returns to give you peace of mind:
•    Return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.
•    Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging (with tags attached, where applicable).
•    For hygiene reasons,  all silk items must be unopened and unused to qualify for return (unless faulty).
•    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change of mind returns.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:
1.    Contact us at info@savarepublic.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2.    Provide your order number and photos of the issue.
3.    We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including covering return shipping costs.
Refunds
•    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
•    Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different color (subject to stock availability). Please contact us at info@savarepublic.com  to arrange an exchange.
